Alliance storage is Definitely not the least expensive place in Corvallis, BUT Kathy makes the whole experience such a pleasure that it is worth it! She is so nice and personable you feel you are renting from a friend.

Kathy's wonderful to work with. The units and grounds are are neat and clean. However, your payment website could use some work. I tried to change the card number on the payment site for auto payment and there's no way I could find to do that. I used the site to pay but it's confusing and doesn't show if the payment was processed. Possibly since it's not quite due yet. I'm out of state until next month so can't come in to rectify this issue in person. Except for the payment issue, I'm quite happy with Alliance.

*Great Security Clean Spacious & Friendly Support All Round* Move in was pretty good. Few questions to better know the needs of the customer upfront, billing questions, then straight over to the tour! Tour was wonderful. Can do it over again! Onsight management who lives there, makes it very high security establishment. They'll pay attention to the best of their ability - spotting even just anything out of the blue that raises a concern with the property or your needs, lights doors, lift anything. They're typically right on it before you even can get to them to mention it. I love it! There's no walk-ins which can cause a problem if you loose everything, or just carrying things jn by foot, which i find more of the need to slip jn and grab something or throw-in within a jiffy, but yhat is actually only becase there is no sensor on the inside that lifts the gate to go out. And I love how management made that clear. So I'm sure to drive in now everytime so i dont get stuck in there. And thats what they dont want happening! So i praise them indefinitely for letting me know this. Again, thanks much!🤣🙄 Its my first storage unit i ever needed, so im adjusting to how these work. But management once again is right there the whole step of the way for queations and just learning the ropes. Feel free and contact them when you nedd anything, theyre knowledgeable friendly/ sense of humor and on top of their skill. They seem a perfect match for the job actually. And thats jard to find with many places. Privcing could be about $10 cheaper, but i may try and rent out a small portion of the room then simply add them to my list of authorized people to my # This is a more classy joint, so if your looking for a storage unit for any purpose then this is a good place if your looking for security and class.
